SUMMARY
I have presented these ideas for municipal planners, private developers and anyone interested in master planned communities. There is not one master planned community that will satisfy everyone's needs and desires. However, the key elements of convenient VILLAGE STREETS, SAFETY & SECURITY features and the central placement of VILLAGE AMENITIES will appeal to the majority of home buyers. Many of the ideas presented in this web site do not necessarily cost more than a master planned community designed with the more typical meandering streets.
